14 Henrietta Street presents Teatime Talks a series of talks inspired by the history and people of 14 Henrietta Street. By listening and engaging with visitors, historians, experts, local people, former tenement residents and their families, we continue to uncover, record and respond to the 300 year story of 14 Henrietta Street.
Discover the rich soccer history of Ballybough and the surrounding area in this fascinating talk with 14 Henrietta Street Senior Tour Guide Sean Deegan. From household names to unsung heroes, Sean will share the stories of the soccer legends who emerged from the streets around Croke Park stadium. Host of the regular ‘in the Shadow of Croke Park’ walking tours, Sean will bring to life the north inner-city’s unique sporting heritage.
