Terms and conditions of purchase of tickets and merchandise:
By purchasing a ticket to this/these event(s) you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- All tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Attendees should be present at the venue to check in at least 10 minutes in advance of the tour/event start time.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of Dublin City Council Culture Company team members and at an appropriate interval.
- Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before your tour subject to availability and at the discretion of management.
- If we cancel an event, we will notify you in advance by email or phone where possible and offer you a full refund or an option to reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
- Dublin City Council Culture Company team members reserve the right to refuse admission, even when tickets have been purchased.
- Dublin City Council Culture Company accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
- Your booking is confirmed on the basis that you have checked the venue’s accessibility and are aware of any restrictions or hazards. Further information about accessibility can be found here or by contacting us directly.
- Video and audio recordings are strictly prohibited. Limited photography for personal, non-commercial use is allowed.
- Management reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Sale of merchandise (online or in person) is non refundable.
Terms and conditions of purchase of tickets for Group or School bookings
By booking these tickets you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions for the group/school booking and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- All group booking payments must be completed in full at the time of the booking, either online directly or by invoice. If payment is not made 14 days prior to the booking date your booking may be cancelled.
- Changes to the number of tickets in a group / school booking must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the tour date.
- If you increase the number of tickets, the additional amount will be due immediately.
- If you reduce the number of tickets, a refund of the additional tickets may be paid at discretion of management.
- Any refunds can only be made in the same method as payments were taken (debit or credit card / bank transfer) and into the account from which payment was made.
- Please note that amendments to the date and time of your group booking may not always be possible. You must notify us in advance as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations of group bookings made fewer than 7 days prior to the tour date. All cancellations are to be discussed via email or by phone. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
- Sale of merchandise (online or in person) is non refundable.
- It is essential that the entire group remain with the tour guide for the duration of the tour. Please always follow the instructions of your tour guide during the visit.
- The tour route is fully wheelchair accessible. If possible, please let us know in advance if anyone in your group has access requirements.
Privacy policy:
We respect your privacy and protect all personal information you provide when buying tickets. The information you provide will be used only by ourselves to deliver services. We do not forward our database to outside companies involved in marketing. If at any point, you wish to be removed from our database, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping options and delivery costs:
We offer the following shipping options for products purchased:
- Delivery in Ireland
- Delivery in UK & Europe
- International delivery (outside Europe)
Products can also be collected from our premises. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout and your shipping rates will be calculated there, based on the items purchased.
Order processing time:
All orders placed are processed and dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery address and P.O. boxes:
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International orders:
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges:
