Please note: This camp will be in-person, mixing indoor and outdoor activities, if government guidelines allow at that time. Otherwise, it will move online.
Join Dublin’s Historian-in-Residence for Children, Dervilia Roche, and Tour Guide, Justine Murphy, for an in-person two-day summer camp this August, exploring history through games and crafts in the historic setting of 14 Henrietta Street.
Where: 14 Henrietta Street
When: Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 August, 10am – 1pm | Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 Aug, 10am – 1pm
Learn about the different chapters of Dublin’s fascinating history, create your own artworks inspired by some of the subjects, and enjoy fun interactive games.
The summer camp is suitable for children aged 9 - 12 years old.
Please note, a ticket for this event covers sessions from 10am – 1pm on both Monday and Tuesday. Places are very limited, so advanced booking is advised.
All materials for the activities will be provided, but children should bring a light snack, water, a jacket and sensible shoes. A full itinerary and parental consent form will be shared via email in advance of the event.
